        Acceptance Notification
        Notification of acceptance
        will be sent via E-mail

      Submission Guidelines

      Submission Method Abstracts must be submitted exclusively through the online submission system available on the A-PHPBA 2027 website.
      Language All abstracts must be submitted in English.
      Word Limit Maximum of 300 words.
      Author Information Presenting Author: The individual who will attend the meeting and deliver the presentation.
      Corresponding Author: The primary contact for all communications regarding the abstract.
      Co-authors: Up to 10 co-authors may be included.
      Author names should be entered using full given and family names without academic degrees or professional titles.

      Affiliation
      Affiliation should be structured as follows: Department, Institution, and Country.
      Abstract Format Abstract Title (Max. 200 characters)
      Capitalize the first letter of each word.
      Refrain from using standard abbreviations or acronyms in the title.
      Author names, institutional affiliations, city names, brand or trade names, abbreviations, and any identifying information must not appear in the abstract title.

      Abstract Structure
      Authors may choose one of the following abstract formats:

      Option 1. Original Research
      Background
      Methods
      Results
      Conclusions

      Option 2. Case Report / Video
      Background
      Case
      Discussion

      Figures, Graphs & Tables
      Only one (1) visual element may be included in the abstract. This may be either:
      One table, or
      One figure/graph, or
      One image

      *Please note that the inclusion of a figure, graph, table, or image does not confer any advantage in the review process.

      Author names, institutional affiliations, city names, brand or trade names, abbreviations, and any identifying information must not appear in the abstract body to ensure a blinded review process.

      Abstracts will be published exactly as submitted.
      Authors are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all submitted content, including checking for grammatical, spelling, and typographical errors.

      Abstract should contain original material that has neither been published as a full paper in the English language nor presented at another international meeting at the time of submission.
      Presentation Types Authors may indicate their preferred presentation format (Oral or Poster / Poster Only / Video). Final presentation assignments will be made by the Scientific Committee based on the review results and program requirements. Please note that the number of oral presentation slots is limited.

      Withdrawal Policy

      If the presenting author of an accepted abstract does not complete registration by the pre-registration deadline,
      the abstract may be automatically withdrawn from the final scientific program.
      Authors wishing to withdraw an abstract are kindly requested to notify the A-PHPBA 2027 Secretariat (sci@aphpba2027.com)  in writing at the earliest opportunity.
